C. Patrick Williams, PhD

Psychologist

Patrick Williams is a licensed psychologist engaged in the general practice of psychotherapy with individuals and couples for over 45 years. His education includes doctorate and master’s degrees from Duquesne University, a master’s of divinity from Duke University, and bachelor of science in psychology from the University of South Carolina. Dr. William’s approach may be characterized as depthful and reflective, aiming at a greater understanding of oneself, and at learning to relate effectively with others and one's "life-world." Dr. Williams believes seeing things differently is essential for solving the issues that bring us to counseling.

Julie Pomerleau, PhD

Psychologist

Julie Pomerleau is a licensed psychologist who joined Cranberry Psychological Center in 2022. After completing her Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Vincent College, she went on to study at Bowling Green State University, earning her Master of Arts degree and Doctor of Philosophy degree in Clinical Psychology. She completed her internship at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center in Detroit, MI, where she gained experience working in trauma-focused, inpatient, and outpatient treatment settings. Dr. Pomerleau has also worked in community mental health, university clinic, and private practice settings providing individual therapy and psychological assessment. She is experienced in conducting psychological assessments of children and adults with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, learning and intellectual disabilities, and mood/anxiety disorders. She also provides individual therapy for adolescents and adults. Drawing from mindfulness-based and cognitive-behavioral approaches, she enjoys collaborating with individuals to identify their unique strengths and develop goals for therapy. Her personal interests include hiking and camping, traveling to experience new places and cultures, and spending time with her family, friends and pets.

Kelli C. Miller, Ph.D

Psychologist

Kelli C. Miller, Ph.D. is a Licensed Psychologist in Pennsylvania and Connecticut. After
completing her Bachelor of Arts degree in Experimental Psychology (2004) at the University of
South Carolina, she attended the University of Tennessee, completing her Master of Science
degree in Educational Psychology (2011) and Doctor of Philosophy degree in School Psychology
(2013). She completed her postdoctoral training at the Center for Neurobehavioral Health at
the State University of New York, Plattsburgh. In such settings, Dr. Miller gained experience
working in community- and university-based clinics. She has expertise in the clinical and
business development of a community-based clinic at the Forman School, an independent
boarding school for secondary students diagnosed with ADHD and learning disorders in
Litchfield, Connecticut, where she practiced for over a decade. As such, Dr. Miller is
experienced in conducting psychological assessments of children and adults with ADHD,
learning and intellectual disabilities, and mood/anxiety disorders. Her personal interests include
spending time with family and friends, travel, reading, cooking, and music.

Marc Kaplan, M.A.

Psychologist

Marc Kaplan, a licensed psychologist for over
38 years, earned his Master's degree from
Duquesne University. He has worked in a
variety of public and private settings, including
community mental health centers, employee
assistance programs and private practice.
Areas of specialty include child and adolescent
therapy, marital therapy, anxiety disorders
and obsessive compulsive disorder. Marc uses
a variety of approaches and techniques, the
main one being what his mentor in child therapy
said at the beginning of his career: the relationship
is the therapy.
