We offer care for every stage of life, with a full range of psychological services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
When life's transitions or stressors are more than you can carry alone, a therapist can help. We offer individual, child and adolescent, couples, family, and group therapy, as well as Christian counseling and consultation for parents. Our therapists are licensed psychologists, clinical social workers, and professional counselors. If you're not sure what kind of help you need, we can help you figure that out, and if your therapist determines you'd benefit from medication, we can get you in with one of our psychiatrists.
We run group therapy sessions built around shared experience, including teen coping skills and support, chronic medical conditions, men's support, and more. Groups run on a rotating schedule; call your nearest office to ask what's currently open.
If you or someone you love is struggling, you don't have to sort it out alone. Our clinicians work with a wide range of concerns, including:
Depression, postpartum depression, and bipolar disorder.
General and social anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Everyday and work-related stress, adjusting to life changes, anger, low motivation, grief, and trauma.
Couples conflict, infidelity, sexual concerns, family conflict, and co-parenting.
Attention-deficit disorders, eating disorders, sleep problems, and the emotional side of health problems.
Alcohol, drugs, sex, and gambling.
Ongoing care for more complex conditions, often with a therapist and psychiatrist working together.
Your clinician will choose the approach that fits you. Across our team, that includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), EMDR, and trauma-focused therapy; play and art therapy for younger clients; family systems, psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, and supportive therapy; and addictions counseling. Whatever the approach, we focus on practical coping skills and stress management you can use between sessions.
